  • What is your enrolment procedure?
    Please submit a form on our website to enquire about enrolment. Our team will contact you within 3 working days to discuss with you on your child's needs and find a suitable class for you. We will share with you in detail about our lesson schedule and the fee breakdown for tuition payment. You may also Whatsapp us at 8494 8211.
  • What are your teachers' qualifications?
    Our teachers are graduates from various disciplines. They have years of experience in mentoring and tutoring, and they specialise in the subjects they are teaching.
  • What is Resowlute Curriculum?
    Our lesson materials are in line with the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) syllabuses. We monitor the changes in SEAB syllabuses to ensure that our materials are constantly updated.
  • What subjects and levels of tuition do you offer?
    We provide tuition classes for Secondary Level 1-5. For Lower Secondary, we offer Mathematics and Science. For Upper Secondary, we offer E-Math, A-Math, Combined Physics, Combined Chemistry and Combined Biology.
  • What is your class schedule?

  • What is your average class size?
    Our classes have an average of 4-6 students. We keep our classes small so that our students are able to receive the attention that they need.
  • Do you offer trial lessons?
    Yes! We offer one trial lesson per subject for each student. You will have to pay the lesson fee to confirm the trial slot. Should you decide to enroll with us after the trial lesson, the trial lesson fee will be waived off in your first month fees, i.e. your trial lesson is free upon enrolment.
  • What happens if lessons fall on a Public Holiday (PH)?
    We are closed on Public Holidays, there will be no lessons on all PH, including Eve of New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas.
  • What happens if my child cannot make it for the scheduled lesson?
    Please inform us soonest so that our teachers can make arrangements for a replacement class, which will be arranged under our replacement lesson policy.
  • What is your replacement lesson policy?
    An arrangement of replacement lesson can and will only be made by the Centre, subjected to availability of seats in the replacement class within the academic term. Failure to turn up for an agreed replacement lesson without any valid reasons will be forfeited. Lessons will be forfeited if student fail to inform the Centre at least 24 hours prior to the lesson due to - Medical Reasons (Medical Certificate required) - School Activity (School’s consent form) - Travelling (Plane ticket / Hotel booking) Should a lesson be forfeited, students can collect their lesson materials at the reception or in the next lesson.
  • How do I withdraw my child from tuition?
    Please fill up the withdrawal form and submit to us at least 2 weeks in advance. The deposit fee will be used to cover the student's last 2 weeks of tuition.

  • What happens if there is a 5th lesson in the month?
    Fees stated on the fees structure are for 4 lessons. If there is a 5th lesson in the month, fees will be pro-rated for that month.
  • Why do I need to pay deposit fees?
    Deposit fees is equivalent to the fees for 2 lessons. Should a student decide to withdraw, deposit fees will be used to offset the student’s fees for their final 2 weeks of lessons. Hence, notice of withdrawal has to be at least 2 weeks in advance.
